Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 7, Section 23 (C) of the Constitution and R.S. 47:1705 (B) that a public hearing of the Lafourche Parish Assessment District in Lafourche Parish will be held at the regular meeting place, Lafourche Parish Assessor’s Office, 403 St. Louis Street, Thibodaux, Louisiana, on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 1:00PM to consider levying additional or increased millage rate without further voter approval or adopting the adjusted millage rate and rolling forward to a millage rate not to exceed the prior year’s maximum.
